TONI FRISSELL
Today Toni Frissell is mostly remembered for her fashion photography for Vogue and Harpers Bazaar but, during the second World War she volunterred her services as a war photogrpaher and produced some very moving pictures.
Frissell preferred to shoot on location. She knew how to pose her athletic models convincingly and how best to display the functional nature of her garments.
